This is a vital role supporting the Project Management Office within our Business Transformation function to help deliver the business strategy, including our Growth+ initiatives. You will help drive change, having a tangible and meaningful influence whilst learning and being supported with industry recognised training and development to further your own career.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the PMO Director, this role is placed within the business transformation function to collaborate together with stakeholders across the organisation to deliver impactful results.
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining project governance and reporting, ensuring minimum requirements and robust business cases are in place for functional projects. You will act as a leader with evident appreciation of how your actions affect the bigger picture; you will be a focal point for processes which will ultimately facilitate the wider team to execute initiatives in a smooth and predictable manner.
This role would suit a process-driven individual who has an eye for detail. You will be able to manage multiple relationships and timescales to deliver to agreed deadlines.
Qualifications
Experience Requirements
* Experience using MS Project or similar PM tool
* Experience with PMO reporting and governance considerations
* Evidence of PMO knowledge with examples of applications in real-world scenarios
