Are you looking to jumpstart a career as an Office Assistant/Business Administrator? We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our constantly growing, enthusiastic, and driven team based in Milton Park, South Oxfordshire.

Responsibilities
1. Answering calls from clients and ensuring these queries are dealt with or passed to an appropriate member of the team
2. Scanning, distributing and shredding the daily post
3. Drafting engagement letters
4. Maintaining CRM systems
5. Maintaining prospective client schedule
6. Managing the AML transition project
7. Supporting the wider team with any ad hoc duties
8. Requesting necessary documents from new clients
9. Onboarding new starters
10. Assisting with IT issues, liaising with the Company’s IT support
11. Assisting Company Secretarial Team with their day-to-day duties
