About the Role
This position is responsible for delivering our obsessed manifesto across the region, providing strong culinary leadership and expertise to multiple locations. You will collaborate with culinary teams to develop innovative and appealing menus that meet customer preferences and regional market trends.
Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead quality control standards across all locations, ensuring consistency, taste, and presentation of dishes.
* Cultivate strong relationships and effective communication with other departments to align goals and streamline processes.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of culinary trends, emerging techniques, and new ingredients.
* Innovate and enhance the dining experience for customers by continuously seeking opportunities to improve.
Requirements
* Possess proven experience within a demanding kitchen at the relevant level.
* Hold an Intermediate Food Hygiene Certificate or above.
* Demonstrate excellent teamwork and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively with suppliers to achieve shared goals.

Compensation
The estimated annual salary for this position is £60,000-£80,000 based on location and experience.
