Job Description
As the Personal Assistant, you will be:
* Providing full secretarial and administrative support to the Head of Real Estate.
* Preparing and editing correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents.
* Conducting research, assembling and analysing data to prepare reports and documents.
* Managing and maintaining schedules, appointments and travel arrangements.
* Coordinating project-based work.
* Recording, transcribing and distributing minutes of meetings.
* Managing incoming and outgoing communications.
* Planning and organising company events and meetings.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Personal Assistant to Head of Real Estate should have:
* An understanding of the property industry.
* Strong secretarial and business support skills.
* Excellent organisational and planning abilities.
* Superb written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* A positive attitude and the ability to work under pressure.
