Account/ Business Development Manager Paying up to £33k PA + Commission
Thorn Baker are currently working in collaboration with an established facilities management SME, their turnover is circa £25million. They are currently looking to hire a new Account/Business Development Manager to support their cleaning contracts across the business.
The role has been developed to support and grow their smaller contracts, the average contract value is £5k for local commercial and private contract cleans.
There is no expectation of outbound sales or cold calling new business.
The role is there to take inbound sales inquiries and support the process from costing estimations through to contract mobilisatons.
This is a client facing role, key skills and duties include

Complaint Resolution
An understanding of the contract cleaning/ facilities management world is preferable but not essential
