Level 3 Childcare Practitioner

We are currently working in partnership with a setting in Chichester that high-quality nursery education for children from 6 months to 5 years. Their philosophy centres on allowing children to follow their interests, focus, and revisit experiences that excite them. They aim to nurture successful learners from the very beginning of their educational journey. The nursery is proud to have been rated "Good" by OFSTED in their most recent inspection, with praise for our ambitious leadership, skilled planning, excellent behaviour, and strong relationships between staff and children.
Position: Level 3 Childcare Practitioner
Location: Chichester
Hours: Full time

Key Responsibilities:
7. Foster a nurturing and inclusive environment where every child feels valued.
8. Collaborate with the team to create a stimulating and safe learning environment.
9. Support the planning and delivery of engaging and age-appropriate activities.
10. Observe and assess children’s progress, and provide feedback to parents and colleagues.
11. Assist with the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring all health and safety regulations are met.
Requirements:
12. Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education.
13. Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
14. A genuine passion for working with young children.
15. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
16. A commitment to continuous professional development.
