Role: Social Media Manager
Location: Brighton (Hybrid)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
Pay: 40,000 – 50,000 per annum

The Requirements:
* Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Excel) and Adobe Suite
* Photography & Video Editing: Skilled in using a camera, photo, and video editing
* Social Media Expertise: Minimum 4 years of experience in social media roles
* Project & Change Management: Ability to manage projects and adapt to change
* Strategic & Critical Thinking: Problem–solving mindset, ability to influence at all levels
* Creativity & Design: Strong design flair and creative content creation
* Attention to Detail & Time Management: High accuracy, ability to prioritise tasks effectively
* Communication & Organisation: Excellent written and verbal communication, strong organisational skills
* Industry Experience: Experience in a complex global organisation (retail brand experience is a plus)
The Role:
* Develop and execute a global social media strategy aligned with business objectives.
* Create engaging content that reflects brand messaging and resonates with audiences.
* Manage the content calendar, ensuring consistent scheduling across platforms.
* Foster audience engagement by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.
* Work with Customer Care to ensure efficient handling of customer queries.
* Track and analyse key social media metrics to measure performance and optimise strategies.
* Collaborate with marketing teams on influencer campaigns and paid social media initiatives.
* Stay updated on emerging social media trends and integrate them into strategies.
* Monitor online conversations to manage brand reputation and escalate concerns as needed.
* Work cross–functionally to align content, campaigns, and overall brand strategy.
