Are you brilliant at providing outstanding customer support, are organised and want a job with lots of variety? We’re looking for a Membership Admin Coordinator to join our Large Corporate Distribution team in AXA Health.
You’ll proactively deliver membership support to corporate clients and brokers. You’ll provide end-to-end membership administration services when clients renew or purchase AXA Health insurance.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means either attendance at either our Tunbridge Wells or Bristol office.
What you’ll be doing:
* Build and maintain excellent working relationships with clients, brokers, and AXA Health colleagues – face to face, Microsoft Teams, telephone and email.
* Become an expert on AXA Health products and services.
* Update and maintain client membership databases.
* Provide services that help retain and develop our large corporate clients.
* Proactively look for process improvements, taking ownership and responsibility for these.
* Take ownership for your personal development.
What you’ll bring:

* Competent in using Microsoft Excel and manipulating data in large spreadsheets – essential.
* Planning and prioritisation skills.

* Desire to learn about AXA Health products and services – full training available, as needed.
As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
This position has been defined as an Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD) role under the IDD regime which means that in addition to pre-employment screening checks, the successful candidate will be subject to background screening every 4 years with an annual declaration in interim years.
