We are looking for a passionate and driven Client Service Manager to join a 65 bedded Dementia home in the Wallington area.
About the role:
As the Client Services Manager, you will be responsible for local marketing of our care home. You will focus on increasing resident occupancy by discovering, presenting, and closing leads with the objective of reaching and maintaining budgeted occupancy and fee levels. You will also work on engagement, local marketing, and effective business development activity.
About you:
The role requires strong personal and professional presentation, as well as attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. You must be able to actively seek referrals through external business development and networking, often without prior introduction. Excellent IT skills are essential, and you will be familiar with using a sales CRM software package such as SalesForce. You must be able to report accurately all key sales and marketing information in a timely manner adhering to deadlines.
The successful candidate will be subject to the provision of satisfactory references and a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, and they must be authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
