We are excited to be partnering with a leading, dynamic real estate investment and asset manager, specialising in the Living sectors in the UK & Ireland to help them appoint a new Investment Associate / Senior Investment Associate to the business.
The business has a track record of acting on behalf of institutional investors and investing through the lifecycle of planning, development and operations.

Our client is at a pivotal point in the journey having secured a number of deals in the past 12 months. As a result, they are now in a position where there is a need for a top-tier Associate to service the deals completed and under management alongside looking at new deals and growing the business.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Senior Management Team and play a critical role in deal underwriting, transaction execution, investor reporting, and asset management.

What will you be doing?
Deal Underwriting:
* Conduct thorough due diligence and analysis for potential investment opportunities.
* Develop and maintain detailed financial models to support underwriting decisions.
* Assess market conditions, property performance, and financial metrics to evaluate investment viability.
Presentations & Marketing Materials:
* Prepare comprehensive investment memorandums outlining the key aspects of potential deals.
* Create compelling investor presentations to communicate investment strategies and opportunities.
* Ensure all documentation is accurate, professional, and aligned with company standards.
Transaction Execution:
* Assist in the due diligence process for acquisitions and dispositions.
* Prepare and manage transaction documentation and timelines.
* Coordinate with legal, tax, and other advisors to facilitate smooth transaction processes.
Investor Reporting:
* Prepare regular and ad hoc reports for investors, detailing the performance of investments and development projects.
* Ensure timely and accurate delivery of financial statements, progress updates, and market insights.
* Handle investor queries and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
What do you need to bring to the table?
* 3+ years of relevant experience in real estate investment, private equity, investment banking, or a related field, with a focus on the living sectors.
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional qualification (e.g., CFA, ACA, ACCA) is a plus.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling.
* Strong understanding of real estate valuation techniques and investment analysis.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Exceptional time management and organizational abilities, with a capacity to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Other details:
* Salary: £75,000 - £100,000 (DOE) plus a discretionary bonus
