Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Purchase Order Management and Status
2. Request and input order status from vendors into the system
3. Communicate information regarding orders that are impacting customer satisfaction
4. Create Purchase Orders per communicated requirements
5. Vendor Quote Management and Sourcing
6. Assist with vendor quote requests as needed and accurately input them into the system
7. Administrative Support
8. Scan and file Order Documentation in electrical and physical locations as needed.
9. Professionally answer and direct office phone calls.
Qualifications and Experience:
10. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft 365 Outlook
11. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various departments and external stakeholders.
Physical Requirements:
12. Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
13. Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards

Salary:
$56,000 - $61,000
