We are seeking a hardworking, enthusiastic individual with excellent customer service skills to join our team on a permanent basis. This role involves creating long-term, trusting relationships with customers, acting as the main point of contact for any concerns or requests, and providing exceptional customer service. Job Title Accounts Executive Reporting To Senior Account Manager Key Responsibilities Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries and concerns. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Coordinate communication between customers and internal teams. Provide detailed reports based on customer requirements. Review account performance and suggest improvements. Monitor and maintain customer portals. Update and manage the customer order book. Assist with marketing plans, design materials, and create social media content. Support the senior account manager and commercial team. Understand customer products and markets to identify growth opportunities. Work closely with internal departments to ensure high-quality service. Person Specification Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in an engineering or manufacturing environment. Strong verbal communication skills, including confidence in presenting. Excellent written communication, including email and social media. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Business acumen and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines. Educated to at least A Level or equivalent. Knowledge of MRP/ERP/CRM systems (e.g., Insight 123).
