You will be responsible for:
* Support the Group Financial Controller to establish and review internal controls and procedures.
* Production of monthly Management Accounts, including journal posting, prepayments and accruals.
* Maintenance of balance sheet and nominal ledger
* Monthly reconciliations
* Review of GL postings to ensure accuracy and consistency.
* Maintenance of Help to Buy Monitor
* Dealing with Shared Equity Repayments
* Monthly house sales reconciliations and check receipt of completion monies
* PAYE and VAT returns
* Completion and return of compliance and statistic reports
* Assist with the annual audit process
* Assist with monthly cash flow reporting
* Annual P11d reports
* Ad-hoc reporting
