For more information, visit www.pepsico.com This role will be a critical position responsible for the design and implementation Net Revenue Management strategies across Total Beverages Portfolio. The role will work on two distinct deliverables: Project manage key strategic projects across UK and Ireland. The projects will work across: Deep Dives to unlock long term roadmaps to Best-In-Class Net Revenue Management (NRM) Capability: Work with senior stakeholders at our bottler to land organisational capability builds across all elements of NRM Future proof NRM strategy for Beverages including concentrate model and how to better strategically align with our bottler across both UK and Ireland including translating NRM value equitably across the system The work will involve building trusted partnerships with senior leaders within the business and critically up and down the bottlers organisation. Deliver key cadence of NRM reporting to monitor internal/ external delivery – commercial Reporting, and course correction against Mix, Index and Price Pack architecture. Responsibilities What you'll get up to Co-create and deliver with bottler the Net revenue management strategic roadmaps contracted through quarterly and Annual cycle including 3Y Joint Plan and align across the system on key priorities, resource and outputs. Guiding the leadership Team and bottler Exec on Best-in-Class NRM capabilities with clear initiatives to close the gap and build best in class capability. Sit on key marketing and category meetings as the NRM subject matter expert and influence critical NRM Mix opportunities into marketing priorities. Deliver monthly and quarterly NRM reporting on PepsiCo vs Competition performance to feed into monthly and quarterly business & competitor reviews. Work with leaders across all Pep brands to generate initiatives to drive NRM benefit including mix, Price Pack architecture,, price index and promotional guidelines with consumer and customer insight at the centre. Lead the UK & Ireland NRM agenda back through the relevant forums both internally and externally. Work with other internal NRM teams to build best in class knowledge and understanding and bring that insight back to GB&I to create and implement best in class NRM initiatives and capabilities. Qualifications What we're looking for Strategic mindset Experience building executable commercial/financial strategy in a CPG environment: Strong top-tier consulting or commercial strategy background in FMCG OR commercial/ NRM analytics experience Very strong analytical skills – excellent competency in MS Excel is a must, as is experience of managing complex, incomplete & inconsistent datasets and defining strategic analytics (market sizing/growth forecasts etc) Deep grounding in analytical logic and ability to translate complex data into powerful insight Previous strategic project management experience Intellectual curiosity and ability to problem solve / search out facts / engage internal & external contacts to source data without prior detailed process/guidance Proven experience using PowerPoint and ability to produce visually compelling presentations Strong communication skills Balance of data experience across Financial / P&L and broader consumer/shopper/commercial insights in a consumer goods environment Great influencing skills to build trusted partnerships across all levels with PepsiCo and critically across all levels in our bottler Why PepsiCo?
