Caddy Comps, one of the UK's fastest growing Golf competition websites, is looking for a Community Associate to support in maintaining our 5* user experience at scale!
The ideal candidate will be passionate about customer experience and excited to own this pivotal area of the business. They will take an interest in optimising processes and will be up to date with the best tools on the market to do so.
They will likely take an interest in other areas of the business such as digital marketing and will be technically savvy.
Tasks
* Ownership of end to end winner communication
* Communication with vendors & suppliers
* Tasks related to competition launches including updating our website and organic social media
Requirements
* Prior customer service experience with a passion for creating memorable experiences for customers!
* Willing to work flexible hours with at least one evening shift per week (2-10pm)
* Experience/interest in Golf and Golf equipment preferred but not required
