You'll work with diverse cases across medical and surgical specialities, including ENT, Maxillo-facial, Ophthalmology, General Surgery, Orthopaedics, and more £3,000 Golden Hello (terms and conditions attached) Main duties of the job You will deliver patient care on a daily basis. As Nurse in Charge you will have overall responsibility for day to day management of their clinical area and ensure that all care is delivered according to Trust policies and procedures. You will manage, lead and support a team of paediatric nurses in the delivery of evidence based, family centred- care which is of a high standard. Utilising clinical audit, research and supervision, you will monitor and improve standards of care by the efficient use of resources and liaising with the senior sister.
