We are seeking a professional EA/Office Manager to work for an Entrepreneur 3 days per week Monday, Wednesday or Thursday & Friday. The role will be office based and will ideally be 6 hours per day, with some flexibility on start and finish times. This is an interesting and varied role that will appeal to someone who can support both a property business and a family both discreetly and confidentially. The role will be based in brand new offices in a beautiful countryside location, so you will need to be a driver with your own transport. The successful candidate will be very flexible in regards to hours of work as there may be occasions when you will be required to offer support out of hours and on non-working days. They will also be someone who wants to really get involved in the day to day running of a business and there will be the opportunity assist with the day to day running of the business. The duties will be varied and the role will appeal to someone who has a knowledge or interest in property and enjoys working and managing their work load independently. Duties Providing secretarial and administrative support to a Property Entrepreneur, a business and a familyManaging and dealing with all incoming correspondence/e mailsLogging and checking invoicesOrdering supplies and equipment Dealing with utility companiesPrioritising and dealing with any questions or queries and cascading information to the relevant people.Offering a high level of customer serviceResearching for projectsDealing with all administration for all property transactionsSupporting a family with all of their administrative needs i.e. any bookings, insurances, invoices, payments etc.,Attending meetingsManaging the workload independently
