*German proficiency is required for this role
What you'll be doing:
1. Own the Net Dollar Retention program of Zoovu’s EMEA portfolio of customer accounts. Running revenue growth programming (Expansion and Upsell of Zoovu studios) in the base, while at the same time retaining current revenue (ARR) at an ever-improving level.
2. Solid understanding of organization structure and key stakeholders, internal influences, customer’s business environment, goals and risks to identify growth opportunities.
3. Drive standardized QBR programming which partners with Zoovu Solutions team members to deliver insight and innovation/growth opportunities.
4. Upskill current Strategic Account Managers on core Zoovu product platforms to improve technical proficiency.
5. Capitalize on client data and analytics along with industry insights and consumer trends to effectively communicate value to new clients.
6. Exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets by proactively seeking and closing growth revenue opportunities.
7. Nurturing & maintaining relationships with existing clients, contacting clients to ensure that they’re satisfied with the products they’ve been provided with. Act as the regional sponsor and escalation path for EMEA accounts.
8. Contribute to the development of company goals, growth, and profitability targets by being an active member of the Zoovu team and culture.
9. Customer onsite workshops, events and team programming are all part of the job responsibilities. Travel is estimated at 25% of working time.
What you'll need:
1. Residence in Europe.
2. Fluent in German and English.
3. Deep understanding of ecommerce platforms from a technical perspective.
4. 5+ years of quota carrying and closing experience with a consistent track record of success.
5. Experience leading a consultative revenue process & managing distributed team members.
6. Experience in using CRM tools to manage and forecast new opportunities and renewals.
7. Proactive, problem solving, analytical skills and technical capabilities.
8. Have a desire and commitment to do what it takes to be successful in a commercial environment.
9. Have a strong ability to take responsibility for their successes and failures.
10. Have exceptional consultative selling and closing skills and a sharp focus on goals.
11. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (or/and other relevant language).
