REQUIREMENTS
Requirements
– Degree in Building Surveying or similar
– MRICS or relevant professional membership
– CDM / Health & Safety experience
– Excellent specification writing skills
– CA skills including JCT Contracts
– Proven project management from inception to completion
– Experience with multiple stakeholders
– Client-facing with high technical delivery
– Ability to build long-term relationships
– Consultancy experience
– Team player, flexible, and motivated
