Office Administrator
Who are we?
360 Children’s Residential Services offer homes to children or young people aged between 7 – 17. Many of our children will have experienced early trauma leading to emotional and behavioural difficulties that may challenge others or present a risk to themselves. We believe that building positive relationships through Commitment, Respect and Support, and providing a nurturing home environment will equip our children with the foundations they need to flourish and reach their full potential.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a motivated and efficient individual to support the growth of the company by providing administrative support. This is an office-based role.
You will work alongside and support the Responsible Individual/ Operations Manager, and the rest of the management team. You will be a point of contact for duty staff and oversee and organise training and diplomas. You will have the resilience to work in a challenging environment and remain solution-focused to support the team to achieve the best outcomes for our children and young people.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role
* Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
* Proficient in clerical tasks such as filing, typing, and data entry
* Familiarity with human resources processes and procedures
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Understanding of Ofsted regulatory requirements for children's homes
What is the role?
As an Office Administrator at 360 CRS, you support the growth of the business by:
* Providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
* Answering and directing phone calls in a polite and professional manner
* Assisting in resolving any administrative problems
* Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
* Managing agendas, appointments, and travel arrangements for upper management
* Managing office supplies inventory and placing orders as necessary
* Maintaining a clean and organized office environment
* Handling sensitive information in a confidential manner
* Overseeing and supporting recruitment and onboarding processes for new members of the team
* Overseeing and organizing training and diploma enrollment for the team
* Liaising with business support and colleagues from our wide group of companies
* Assisting with health and safety compliance
* Assisting with managing the properties in use by 360 CRS (e.g., organizing utilities)
* Assisting with policy coordination via our online system
* Completing general organization and filing duties
* Offering general administrative support to the management team

Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 depending on qualifications and experience
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:00. For the right candidate, part-time/flexible working hours can be considered.
