IT Analyst - Stoke on Trent
We are working with an excellent client in Stoke on Trent who is looking for an IT Helpdesk to join their growing team.
You will be responsible for providing technical assistance to employees, ensuring timely resolution of IT issues. This includes responding to IT tickets, troubleshooting issues, and providing support on software and hardware issues.
Day-to-day responsibilities include performing routine maintenance checks, such as software updates, hardware configurations, and system monitoring. You'll also have opportunities to participate in IT projects such as software rollouts, system upgrades, and infrastructure updates.
This role involves working with the Microsoft Stack.
Ideal for someone with 1-2 years of experience in IT support who is looking for the next step up in their career.
