About the Role: As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting students across various subjects and year groups, ensuring they can access the curriculum and achieve their full potential. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with teachers to deliver engaging lessons, providing additional support to students who require it. Offer one-to-one and small-group assistance to help students understand key concepts and complete tasks. Support students with varying needs, including those with special educational needs (SEN) or additional learning requirements. Help manage classroom behavior, promoting a positive and focused learning environment. Prepare and adapt resources to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities. Monitor student progress, providing feedback to teaching staff to inform future planning and interventions. Build positive relationships with students, fostering their confidence, independence, and love of learning. Contribute to extracurricular activities, school events, or pastoral initiatives as required.
