The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the service user and mental health professionals to navigate and coordinate services. Interventions will be both social and clinical, to build resilience and improve wellbeing. This is a key and exciting role, which will suit someone who is innovative, responsive and has the right skills and experience in mental health. Peer Support Workers are experts by experience of their own recovery.
