Relevant academic qualification in an appropriate field (e.g. ergonomics, psychology, human factors or STEM). Flexible, adaptable, innovative and proactive approach to working and finding solutions; Ability to work autonomously and closely with others to solve problems; Willingness to learn and ability to diversify across multiple projects and disciplines; Experience in working in teams and ability to communicate with new groups of people at a variety of professional levels; Candidates must be able to satisfy basic eligibility criteria (nationality rules / right to work) and provide appropriate documentation to verify identification, nationality, employment and/or academic history, criminal record (unspent convictions only) as part of the recruitment process.
