Responsibilities: Plan and deliver impactful mathematics lessons for students across KS3-KS4 Create a positive & inclusive learning environment that enables positive progress. Monitor progress, providing tailored feedback to support growth in maths. Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement effective teaching strategies. Participate in school events and professional development activities as required. Qualifications & Requirements: Teaching Qualifications: A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE with QTS, or equivalent) with a focus on Mathematics is advantageous. Subject Knowledge: A degree in Maths, or a related field, with a strong understanding of key concepts and a passion for the subject. Teaching Experience: Proven experience as a Secondary Maths teacher with a successful track record of student achievement is highly advantageous. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with students, colleagues, and parents.
