The Role: As a Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant, you will: Work closely with students who need social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) support. Provide 1:1 and small group interventions to help students manage behaviour and engage in learning. Support teachers in maintaining a positive and structured learning environment. Implement behaviour management strategies to help students develop resilience and self-regulation skills. Build strong relationships with students, staff, and external professionals to support individual needs.
