Cyber - Identity & Access Management - Assistant Manager
Location: Hybrid/Birmingham 2/3 days a week in office
Role Overview: Join the Cyber Security team as an IAM Assistant Manager, delivering high-quality IAM solutions. Engage in diverse projects, from strategy definition to large-scale transformations, helping clients manage IAM risks amidst regulatory scrutiny and evolving cyber threats.
Responsibilities:
* Lead IAM project work-streams.
* Provide IAM control expertise.
* Develop strategies, roadmaps, and implementation plans.
* Offer specialist knowledge on IAM tools and integration.
* Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements:
* Experience in IAM requirements gathering, strategy, and design.
* Proven track record in managing IAM projects.
* Implementation experience with IAM solutions like Sailpoint, CyberArk, OneIdentity, Okta, BeyondTrust, and Microsoft Entra ID.
* Ability to interpret enterprise-scale user data and generate solutions.
* Strong communication skills and relationship-building abilities.
* Eligibility for SC clearance.
Preferred Skills:
* Client-facing consulting experience.
* Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word; Visio and SQL skills are a plus.
