What we need from you We are looking for a diligent, self-starter to join our client ’ s company and someone who has achieved their Level 5 CIPD with a minimum of 2 years ’ experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in working with companies going through a TUPE transfer process and will have extensive knowledge of this area. A candidate with transition experience would be advantageous however, not essential. The Opportunity: As an HR Advisor specialising in Absence Management, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting one of our main accounts within the business. Reporting to the ER & Advisory Centre Manager, you will: Provide operational HR advice and guidance Collaborate closely with the Employee Relations team Assist in managing absence effectively and reducing absence across the company Key Responsibilities: ✅ Support and guide Managers on Absence Management policy and processes ✅ Ensure compliance with UK&I employment legislation ✅ Utilise your expertise in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) ✅ Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, accessibility, and self-awareness ✅ Take initiative, build strong relationships, and be persuasive ✅ Foster solid working relationships with exceptional communication skills ✅ Display mobility, a pro-active approach, and a proven background as an HR Advisor ✅ Leverage your strong HR ER experience in high-volume environments with disciplinary, grievance, probation, and sickness absence management cases Why Join our clients company?
