You must have previous experience supporting the constant progression of individuals and have good understanding of how to positively impact the learning of young people.
Key Duties include;
1-1 Interventions.
Support teachers during lessons.
Able to de-escalate challenging situations.
Be proactive and support engagement of pupils.
