This is a fantastic time to join and help shape the evolution of HR service delivery across the group as it evolves to more digital and remote ways of working. Initially the People Hub Coordinator will provide HR support within their specific geographical cluster, then transition to delivering support to all business units across the group. They’ll provide generalist day-to-day HR support and services to the company within the People function. The People Hub activity covers the full employee life cycle, and so the successful individual will gain exposure to the full breadth of HR and exposure to all areas of the business. To be successful in this role, will have worked in a similar HR position previously, enjoy working in a fast-paced changing environment and comfortable adapting and contributing to change. They’ll have excellent verbal and written communication skills as they’ll need to support various employees across the company. They’ll have good IT skills and the ability to learn new systems as we’re currently implementing a new HR system which they will have an integral part in delivering this project. People Hub activities form the basis of our legal compliance and therefore strong attention to detail is also important. This is a fast-paced role where priorities can sometimes change, therefore the successful candidate needs to be highly organized with the ability to work as part of a team and be comfortable in asking for support so we can manage expectations from the business. Therefore, we are looking for someone who has the drive, determination and is truly passionate about HR. This is what you’ll actually do As the People Hub Coordinator, you’ll report into the People Hub Lead and, along with other People Hub Coordinators in the cluster and across the wider group, provide HR generalist administrative support, guidance and advice to managers and employees. You’ll utilise business systems to administer employee matters and associated correspondence, acting as first point of contact for HR related queries. You will also gain exposure to a wide variety of employee relations cases, along with interacting with the Company’s Occupational Health provisions as and when required. As the People Hub Coordinator, you’ll also support and lead with various recruitment campaigns including advertising, screening, and onboarding, where you’ll own the onboarding process for all new employees in our bakeries, ensuring compliance and the best experience for those joining the business. You will also get exposure to the Learning & Development cycle for all employees and work with managers in Talent management. As part of the wider People Team, you’ll have the opportunity to work on larger Group continuous improvement projects relating to Diversity and Inclusion, Policy and Procedures, Health and Wellbeing, Community and Employee Engagement, Social Media, while being an active advocate in building our Employer Brand. Ideally this is you · Ideally Degree educated and/or CIPD qualified · Ability to work well under pressure in a busy, fast paced environment.
