The Role: Translate customer needs into valuable user stories, personas, user journeys, and flows specifically for AI applications. Drive the digital product strategy for AI initiatives, defining the roadmap and guiding the product team on priorities. Collaborate with partners to prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with the roadmap and engineering capacity. Make data-driven decisions in complex environments, validating designs against user needs and business objectives. Develop and run experiments to test concepts related to AI user experiences and refine strategies accordingly. Shape team dynamics and organizational culture, demonstrating emotional intelligence while delivering high-quality UX and AI design outputs. Job Qualifications Experience as a UX/UI Designer (or similar role), having built a strong command of UX/UI design and prototyping tools e.g., Figma or Miro. A UX-related university degree or equivalent qualification acquired within industry is mandatory for this role Experience in conducting qualitative research and a clear understanding of various qualitative research methodologies. Basic or above Data & Analytical Skills, Human-centred Design, Design Thinking. Portfolio demonstrating understanding of what it takes to create valuable and meaningful experiences for corporate employees. Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills to effectively share our UX vision to executives and drive organisational and cultural developments. Exceptional collaboration and IT project management skills, being able to lead and adapt to multiple initiatives from conceptual start to final design delivery.
