Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for a Corporate Parenting Manager to join Bradford Council's Children and Families Service on an initial 3-6 month temporary contracy. This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. This role is to drive forward our commitment to children in care and care leavers. This is a key role in ensuring the best possible outcomes by working closely with the Corporate Parenting Panel, partner agencies, and local businesses. Key Responsibilities: Co-ordinate Corporate Parenting Panel meetings and ensure high-quality reports on performance, priorities, and outcomes for children in care and care leavers. Develop and implement the Corporate Parenting Strategy for Bradford, ensuring engagement across the Trust, Council, partner agencies, and businesses. Manage responses to themes identified through young people-led Corporate Parenting Meetings and ensure actions are communicated and completed. Create opportunities for work experience, apprenticeships, employment, and social activities for children in care and care leavers through partnership working. About You: Experience in corporate parenting, children’s services, or a related field. Strong partnership-working skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders. Excellent organisational and communication abilities. Passionate about improving outcomes for children in care and care leavers.
