As a CLINICAL LEAD THERAPIST you will establish a comprensive trauma-imformed approach, emphasizing emotional wellness of patients and staff, to address both preventative and responsvie measures to support patients and adapts the environment to succesffuly meet patient needs. You will provide direct therapeutic services to patients and families/ caregivers. Qualifications Education: Masters Degree from a clinical track (MSW, MA in Counseling, MFT) License preferred (LSW, LCSW, LPC) OR Bachelors degree from a clinical track with 5 years of inpatient treatment required Inpatient psychiatric experience required; supervisory / operations experience preferred.
