My client is one of the UK’s most trusted independent car finance brokers and they are expanding their sales team.
Job Purpose:
A sales role to build relationships with clients both new and existing, negotiate and win business from consumer and corporate entities to both earn revenue for the company and also represent the company in a professional and compliant manner.
The Role:
* Prospecting and canvassing new and existing leads generated by the company
* Managing and developing a portfolio of customers
* Following the company’s recognised customer journey
* Making a minimum of 60 outgoing sales calls per day (or minimum 300 per week)
* Spending a minimum of 2 ½ hours on the telephone in each working day
* To perform in line with the account manager's income targets
* Utilising the following products – HP, LP, and PCP
* Demonstrate competence of product knowledge for the full product range, lenders, systems, policies, and procedures
* Following procedures to protect the company against potential bad debt and fraud
* Understanding credit submission procedures, recommendations, and lender systems
* Following up all new leads or business opportunities with a number of pre-agreed phone calls and relevant texts/emails as per company guidelines
* Recording all customer and prospect details on company database completing all relevant fields as per company policy
* Good communication, both written and verbal
* Experience of working in a regulated environment
* Ability to deal with/influence key influencers and decision makers
