We are currently seeking an experienced 2nd Line MSP IT Engineer to join a dynamic Managed Service Provider based in Middlesbrough. This role involves providing technical support across various client sites, delivering BAU support, contributing to project initiatives, and supporting the service desk in a 2nd Line capacity.

Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary point of contact for technical support escalations from 1st line support engineers.
* Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshooting for IT infrastructure and systems at client sites.
* Conduct onsite visits across Middlesbrough and surrounding areas to resolve escalated technical issues promptly and effectively, requiring a valid driving license.
* Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery, including system upgrades, migrations, and installations.
* Monitor and maintain client environments, identifying and resolving potential issues proactively.
* Document all support activities, configurations, and client interactions accurately.
* Participate in on-call rotation and respond to after-hours support requests as required.
