Position Overview: A new opportunity has arisen for a skilled Associate Solicitor to join the well-established and successful Conveyancing Team in Thatcham. The role is ideal for an experienced residential conveyancer with 5+ years’ PQE, seeking a dynamic, client-facing role in a supportive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage a broad caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion.
2. Build and maintain strong client relationships by offering tailored legal advice and clear communication throughout the conveyancing process.
3. Represent the firm at business networking events and actively pursue opportunities for new client development.
4. Collaborate with colleagues across departments to deliver efficient and effective legal services.
Requirements:
Essential:
1. 5+ years’ PQE in residential conveyancing.
2. Proven ability to manage a varied and complex caseload.
3. Strong business development and networking skills, with the ability to generate your own pipeline.
4. Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both with clients and colleagues.
6. Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.
