Position Overview:
A new opportunity has arisen for a skilled Associate Solicitor to join the well-established and successful Conveyancing Team in Thatcham. The role is ideal for an experienced residential conveyancer with 5+ years’ PQE, seeking a dynamic, client-facing role in a supportive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a broad caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by offering tailored legal advice and clear communication throughout the conveyancing process.
• Represent the firm at business networking events and actively pursue opportunities for new client development.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to deliver efficient and effective legal services.
Requirements:
Essential:
• 5+ years’ PQE in residential conveyancing.
• Proven ability to manage a varied and complex caseload.
• Strong business development and networking skills, with the ability to generate your own pipeline.
• Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both with clients and colleagues.
• Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
