The role
Our Seasonal Sales Assistants/ Party Hosts are the heartbeat of our business, consistently delivering outstanding customer service at the busiest and most exciting time of the year! We're seeking individuals who are not just passionate and motivated but also enthusiastic about showcasing our beautiful products. As an excellent team player, you'll actively engage in giving and receiving feedback, contributing to the growth of our collective skills.
As a Seasonal Sales Assistant, you'll help create a welcoming and vibrant shop floor that excites customers. Your role is all about delivering fantastic customer service through product demonstrations and providing samples. Using your product knowledge and great customer service skills, you'll make sure every visitor to your shop leaves with a smile.
You’ll be an excellent party host, helping our extra-special customers celebrate their big day, giving them an above-and-beyond experience in store. You’ll make this fun, you will create an inclusive environment, something they’ll take away and remember Lush by for years to come.
You'll go beyond the basics by asking insightful questions to understand each customer's needs, and showcasing our products through captivating demonstrations. Support their purchasing decisions by confirming interest through thoughtful questions and securing sales. Your role includes offering shop tours with intelligent link sales, crafting personalized routines, and providing pampering sit-down consultations, including decadent hand and arm massages, soothing scalp massages and facials as part of your daily routine.
Through in-depth training on our products and ingredients, you'll become a Lush Ambassador, embodying our ethics and values to our customers. Your crucial role will help create the ultimate experience for our guests, ensuring we offer the best service on the high street!
Key Information
Hours available: 8-12 hours per week* base contract will start at 8hrs during training period and increase to 12hrs over Nov & Dec 2024. Overtime may be available.
It is a role requirement to be available to work at least 1 weekend day each week and either 24th Dec or 26th Dec 2024.

* Team up with your colleagues to hit store goals, keep the shop floor fun, and deliver top-notch service together.
* Get creative with displays and keep our store looking fabulous, using this as a way to help our customers find the right products while they’re shopping.
* Help keep our inventory in check by restocking shelves, making sure everything is in its place, and ensuring our products are always ready for their close-up.
* Keep our store sparkling clean and inviting, creating a space that adds to our customers' shopping joy.
* Handle transactions with a smile, and make sure every purchase is the perfect way to end a shopping experience.
* Be the go-to for customer questions, resolve issues, and make sure our customers are genuinely cared for.
* Hosting Lush parties! Our shop creates exciting experiences with product making, fun & games and a special pamper, you will be leading and getting hands on!
* Dive into training sessions with excitement, soaking up knowledge to grow both personally and professionally.
