The Role
The Data Administrator Role is responsible for ensuring key data related to matters being handled by the Global Marine and Aviation teams is maintained to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
1. Case Data Remediation and improvement Ensure key mandatory data is accurate after cases have been created by the wider operational team.Correct data through exhaustive investigation of eCase files and other sources.
2. Insurance Policy Data (IPD) ascertainment and input. Contacting external parties such as Brokers and Lead underwritersHigh level of accuracyUnderstanding of the concepts of Policy Slips and Market Breakdowns
3. Ensure Cases are closed appropriately in the case management system and relevant data is accurate.
4. Support Client Fund administrator with data related matters.
5. Build strong relationships with Data Team, Operations, Finance & Adjusters
6. As requested by your Line Manager the Job Holder will also perform reasonable ad hoc duties within the Job Holder’s capabilities.
