Project Manager – Perm – Glasgow City Centre – Financial Services Project Manager to be an integral part of driving business change both internally and externally for my financial services client. The position requires managing the delivery of a small Change Programme, supporting through transformation, and ensuring new values, attitudes, and processes align with strategic objectives. The role operates as a bridge between the business and senior management to address escalations, risks, and concerns while maintaining compliance with policies and controls. Key Areas of Responsibility 1. Project Delivery Planning and coordinating project activities to ensure timely and successful outcomes. Facilitating the implementation of changes across multiple workstreams. 2. Governance and Compliance Overseeing the Client Implementation Governance Framework, ensuring platform setup, operational readiness, and Go Live milestones are met. Documenting all activities to comply with internal policies, audits, and risk management frameworks. 3. Collaboration and Team Management Working closely with Change Business Analysts, IT, Operations, CRM, and Commercial teams to ensure aligned execution. Motivating teams and clients, fostering collaboration across functions. 4. Stakeholder Management Effectively managing relationships with stakeholders at all levels, both internal and external. Identifying, escalating, and mitigating risks and issues to ensure project continuity. 5. Communication and Leadership Leading meetings, workshops, and stand-ups, ensuring clear communication across teams. Chairing Programme Board meetings to review live and proposed projects. 6. Documentation and Reporting Creating and maintaining project documentation, including project plans, action logs, JIRA updates, and meeting packs. Ensuring transparency and traceability in project reporting. Key Qualifications and Skills Experience: Minimum of 3 years in Project Management within a regulated environment, with a track record of handling multiple workstreams. Skills: Exceptional stakeholder management capabilities at all levels. Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills. Proficiency in business analysis and problem-solving.
