About the role
In the ever-evolving landscape of technology businesses, the role of Head of Technology Solution Delivery has become increasingly pivotal. This role is essential in driving growth, efficiency and innovation in solution delivery across the organisation.
You will work across engineering, architecture and product teams ensuring we build high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions for the business while fostering a culture of collaboration, experimentation and continuous learning.
As Head of Technology Solutions Delivery, you'll be responsible for:

We'd love you to have
* Proven experience in a senior engineering leadership role, preferably in a technology value-added reseller or related industry. At least 10-15 years of experience in software engineering, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role.
* Strong understanding of modern engineering practices, including DevOps, CI/CD, cloud-native architectures, and microservices.
* Deep expertise in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.), lean software development, and automation.
* Experience in building and scaling high-performing engineering teams, with a passion for mentoring and coaching.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technology and business.
