Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with orthopaedic surgeons, hospital administrators, and procurement teams, understanding their needs and positioning our products as the solution. Clinical Support & Product Expertise: Serve as the go-to expert for our products, providing in-depth clinical knowledge to support sales efforts. Participate in operating room demonstrations and provide hands-on product support during surgical procedures. Training & Education: Lead product training sessions for healthcare professionals, ensuring that users are well-informed about the features, benefits, and proper usage of orthopaedic revision products. Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges. Provide insights to the sales and marketing teams to refine strategies. Account Management: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and forecasts. Ensure timely follow-up and consistent communication with clients to nurture long-term partnerships. Post-Market Support: Collaborate with the quality and regulatory teams to gather post-market feedback and ensure compliance, reinforcing customer confidence in the product. Qualifications & Experience: 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in medical devices, orthopaedics, or surgical products. Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets, especially in a clinical or hospital setting. Strong understanding of orthopaedic revision procedures and the ability to effectively communicate clinical and technical information. Valid drivers license and willingness to travel extensively.
