Job Description
* Assist in the preparation of financial reports and data.
* Support the department in the management of accounts payable and receivable.
* Contribute to the maintenance of financial records in accordance with company policies.
* Perform regular financial analysis to identify and resolve any discrepancies.
* Collaborate with the team to prepare annual budgets.
* Assist in the management of the company's tax commitments.
* Provide support for internal and external audits.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and systems.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
* Relevant educational qualifications in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
* Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
* Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* Sound communication skills, both written and verbal.
* The ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
