What will you be doing in this role?
1. Working closely with business stakeholders in order to shape ideas and initiatives
2. Establishing the business drivers in order to implement change initiatives
3. Proactively coming up with ideas/solutions to simplify business processes
4. Implementing change management strategies to ensure the successful adoption of changes

What experience do you need?
1. Strong business analysis experience
2. Project Management knowledge - you don't need to be an experienced PM, but do need to be comfortable putting together a very basic project plan
3. Proven insurance industry experience (ideally London Market) with a good understanding of insurance processes and procedures
4. Experience of working with a broad range of insurance stakeholders across all levels
