We are a passionate Phlebotomy team dedicated to providing exceptional care.
We are seeking an enthusiastic Call Handler to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for:
+ Handling telephone calls from patients.
+ Booking appointments for our phlebotomy services.
+ Providing excellent customer service and support
Our telephone lines are open 5days a week (Monday - Friday) and closed on weekends and bank holidays.
Free parking when visiting our site is available for our staff., + To be a central point of contact by answering all incoming calls from patients / carers
+ Booking patients into appointments on computer-based software.
+ Booking children into the appropriate clinics and advise parent/carer of any specific requirements.
+ Scheduling appointments efficiently.
+ Assisting patients with their queries and concerns.
+ Collaborating with the phlebotomy team to ensure smooth operations
+ Previous experience of working in a Call Centre environment.
+ NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration or equivalent.
+ IT skills and the ability to navigate around various systems and software packages.
+ Excellent communication skills
