An opportunity has arisen to appoint 2 x 0.4WTE B8A Chief AHP Workforce Fellows to support the ICS AHP Faculty including preceptorship and clinical educator framework development and 1 x 0.2WTE Chief AHP Workforce Fellow to focus on our Equality, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging Programme. Following on from current workstreams you will play an essential role of our AHP Workforce Training and Education development. You will have the opportunity to work with the ICS Chief AHP, ICS Head of AHPs and the AHP Faculty Chair. You will be provided the opportunity to develop your own leadership, shadow senior leaders across the ICS and develop networks across the region with appropriate stakeholders to ensure successful completion of projects. Main duties of the job The post holder will lead and progress a Coventry and Warwickshire AHP Council specified programme of work providing operational and programme management of identified functions, teams and programme workstreams, leading delivery of required outcomes within appropriate governance and assurance, monitoring progress, and managing risks and issues to ensure successful delivery. The key areas of the role will be to: Support experienced AHP leads to work successfully beyond their own organisational boundaries, to bring about change that improves care delivery along pathways supporting the ICS key strategic clinical priorities. Work with partners to create a shared vision; understanding all perspectives and offering collaborative problem solving Broaden the experience of AHPs outside of their own professional group; to support the identification of transformational change to service delivery and ensure suitably skilled workforce is available Increase the evidence base for AHP impact on service developments and clinical delivery with support from HEIs and our research teams ensuring high quality analysis of projects and their impacts supporting wider dissemination. About us Coventry & Warwickshire Integrated Care Board (ICB) is a newly formed Organisation since April 2022. Our ICB is responsible for commissioning NHS services on behalf of people in Coventry and Warwickshire. In consultation with local partners, it plans the delivery of services in a way that both meets local health and care needs and reduces inequalities between different groups.
