An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Deputy Home Manager with 2 years of supervisory experience to join a care provider, supporting children’s and young people aged between 9 - 19 years. This full-time role offers excellent benefits and a salary range of £15 - £16 per hour for 40 hours work week.
As a Deputy Home Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team to maintain high standards of care and support within a children's residential setting.
What we are looking for:
1. Previously worked as a Deputy Home Manager, Deputy Manager, Children's Home Manager, Home Manager, Care Manager or in a similar role.
2. Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience within a children's residential setting.
3. NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent qualification.
4. Level 5 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) or working towards it.
5. Understanding of Ofsted regulations and relevant legislation for children's services.
