Job Title: Production Mixer Location: Billingshurst Salary: Competitive Job type: Full time, Permanent We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Mixer to join our Production team. As a Mixer, you will be responsible for combining raw materials according to specified formulas and ensuring the consistency and quality of the final product. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and adherence to safety and quality standards. Full training will be provided however counterbalance forklift experience is essential. Our commitment to quality and sustainability drives our success, and we are looking for a Production Mixer to join our team. All data obtained will be handled in accordance with GDPR requirements. Key Responsibilities: Operating and maintain mixing equipment and machinery. Ensuring all documentation and sampling systems are completed correctly. Daily safety checks of the forklift trucks used in the mixing operations. Completion of product changeovers and line component clean down operations. Perform regrind operations as and when required. Ideal Candidate: Highly literate. Good level of conversational and written English. Highly numerate. Counterbalance forklift experience is essential. GMP/FMCG experience. Previous experience in a production environment with high standards of quality (pharmaceutical/food manufacture). Knowledge of working to Standard Operating Procedures. Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team. Willingness to work occasional rotating shifts in order to cover annual leave, or other absences, as required.
