Service Desk Despatcher
Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm
Job Role
Working with a small friendly team in a busy office providing admin support in a full-time permanent role:
1. Handling diaries and customer service
2. Scheduling jobs for the engineers
3. Answering calls and dealing with emails
4. Entering data on company databases
5. Assisting with general office tasks
Skills
1. Competent with Microsoft Office suite
2. Good attention to detail
3. Good time management
4. Ability to work as part of a team
5. Previous experience of scheduling would be an advantage
