Job Description: We are supporting an established manufacturing company recruiting for their main European production facility. They provide a comprehensive range of products, backed by a global conglomerate with ongoing opportunities for progression.
With a site totalling circa 500 people, £250 million turnover, and a wide array of approvals and accreditations, they are well established as a leader in their market.
The role of Quality Manager involves overseeing an established team of quality engineers to drive organisational change, ensuring high levels of product quality.
* Manage and coach the Quality Assurance team, leading them to educate the wider team on Quality compliance.
* Oversee the implementation and maintenance of Quality Management Systems and compliance standards, implementing metrics to ensure overall quality improvement.
* Manage customer relationships with regard to Quality, communicating directly with customers with regard to inspections, audits, documentation and complaints.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, procurement, materials testing, engineering and wider teams to ensure quality compliance across the board.
To be successful in this Quality Manager role, you will need:
* Experience managing Quality, with an understanding of accreditations and standards in a manufacturing environment.
* Strong leadership experience regarding both Quality Engineers and wider manufacturing teams, ensuring visibility as the main contact point for Quality.
* Demonstrated ability to drive organisational change by communicating and representing organisational expectations.

* Salary between £70,000-£75,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
