Purpose and Impact:
The Sales Representative/Account Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact, ensuring client retention, and driving business growth through customer loyalty and the expansion of existing client relationships. This role requires understanding clients' needs, ensuring the delivery of products and services that meet those needs, resolving issues, identifying additional sales opportunities, and guaranteeing overall customer satisfaction.
In this role, you will also prospect and visit clients, including large accounts, to promote and close projects related to fire alarm systems and design. With your communication skills, our team will go far!
Key Responsibilities:
* Contacting qualified sales leads;
* Checking product and system compatibility;
* Prospecting and visiting clients, including large accounts;
* Closing projects for fire alarm systems and design;
* Developing reports to support sales strategies;
* Identifying new sales opportunities.

* Fluent English;
* 3 or more years of experience working with the UK’s leading brands;

Work Environment and Location:
* Location: Vantage Way, Poole;
* Onsite;
* Work shift: 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM;
* Commission based on a percentage of sales;
* 3% Pension (After 3 months of work).
